Rent
The rental period / cancellation
The rental agreement is not limited and starts from April and October of the current year.
The tenancy can be terminated with 3 months’ notice on March 31 and September 30.
The cancellation has to be received by the landlord no later than the 3rd working day of January respectively the 3rd working day of July.
The cancellation has to be in written.
Parking area
There are underground parking places and above-ground parking places available.
Deposit
The deposit is 3 times the monthly rent and has to be paid upon moving in.
Self-service laundry
There are washing machines and dryers available.
Subleasing
Subleasing is NOT allowed.
