Rent
The monthly rent per apartment, including a furnishing surcharge, is €24 per square meter, plus an advance payment of €135.00 for utilities. The utilities include: cold and hot water, heating, general electricity, high-speed unlimited internet, cable TV, telephone, building maintenance, trash collection, building insurance, etc.
Parking area
Parking spaces are available in the underground garage and above ground and can be rented separately.
Deposit
The deposit is 3 times the monthly rent and has to be paid upon moving in.
Self-service laundry
There are washing machines and dryers available.
Subleasing
Subleasing is NOT allowed.
